This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff at PT Wira Internasional Teknologi. The HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff will be responsible for handling and managing office administration, managing office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and managing office documents. The HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the office.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in office administration or general affairs
• Knowledge of office management procedures and management of office documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Responsible for Procurement of Goods, building maintenance and responsible for company assets
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
